Maggie Ballard’s Solutions for Wichita

When I ran for City Council, I promised to bring a small business owner’s common sense and a neighbor’s compassion to City Hall. Together, we’ve made progress, but there’s still work to do.

Excellent Customer Service

No taxpayer should be lost in City Hall’s bureaucracy. Everyone deserves an advocate who knows her way around and gets things done.

  • What I’ve Done: Ensured faster response times and improved constituent services.

  • What’s Next: Streamline City Hall operations to ensure residents and businesses receive the same high-quality service they expect from local businesses.

  • What’s Next: Fully implement wraparound services at Second Light and provide 24/7 support for those in crisis.
